The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced that a former contractor for Fannie Mae was found guilty on Monday of computer intrusion.
The contractor began his assignment in 2006 and was fired in 2008.
After his termination, an engineer found a malicious script program that was intended to destroy all of Fannie’s computer systems.
