Red Flags Rules Delayed

Fannie Business Soars, Record Delinquency

New business acquisitions during March at Fannie Mae jumped 72 percent from February, according to the latest monthly volume summary. Monthly volume was higher than any month since October 2003. Residential delinquency of at least 90 days was 19 basis points higher in February than in January. Delinquency was higher than any month on record.
